For Vendors

Cancellations and open capacity, handled properly.

Stay involved when an event is transferred, or make newly available dates and capacity visible without giving up control of your own terms.

Canceled-event transfer and Late Availability solve different problems, but both keep Vendor participation explicit.

When an event is canceled

Support a transfer without losing control.

A Seller may need a new path while your date, scope and agreement still matter. The DealRoom gives everyone one place to review what is actually being proposed.

Stay informed

Review the relevant event context instead of piecing together scattered side conversations.

See the proposed path

Understand the Buyer’s Offer and what it would mean for your part of the event.

Approve or refuse

Your participation remains explicit. The platform does not assume consent.

Late Availability

Open dates do not have to stay invisible.

Newly open dates, packages, services or capacity can reach Buyers already looking for event opportunities without requiring a previous cancellation.

Make availability visible

Give time-sensitive capacity a legitimate place to be discovered before the date or opportunity expires.

Keep your terms

Visibility does not require surrendering your own pricing, scope or approval.

Questions

Vendor FAQ

Do I have to participate in a transfer?

No. Vendor participation is approval-based. A transfer does not proceed through your part of the event without your agreement.

Do I have to change my pricing or terms?

No automatic change is imposed. Your own terms and approval remain yours. Any change has to be explicitly agreed.

What is Late Availability?

Late Availability lets you make newly open dates, packages, services or capacity visible to Buyers who are already looking for event opportunities.

Does Late Availability mean public discounting?

Not necessarily. The point is to create a legitimate channel for time-sensitive capacity without turning your normal pricing into a public bargain signal.

Is the DealRoom public?

No. Public discovery shows that an opportunity exists. The DealRoom is the controlled shared space where the relevant people review the actual deal context.

What happens if I do not approve?

If you do not approve your part, the transfer does not proceed through your agreement. The process helps keep everyone aligned but does not force an outcome.

Open dates or capacity?
