For Sellers

Plans changed. The value may not have to disappear.

A canceled event can leave behind reserved dates, prepaid value, prepared services and Vendor relationships. Make that opportunity visible and see whether it can move forward with someone new.

Because a change of plans shouldn’t mean a loss of value.

What may still exist

A cancellation can leave something valuable behind.

The original event may stop. The value already committed to it does not automatically vanish.

Prepaid value

Deposits and other amounts already paid may still represent transferable value.

Reserved time

Dates and capacity may already be committed to the original event.

Prepared services

Venue, catering, photography, entertainment and other services may already be defined.

Vendor relationships

The professionals already connected to the event remain part of whether a transfer can proceed.

How it works

A structured path from cancellation to possible transfer.

1

List the opportunity

Describe the real event scope, prepaid value and services that may still be transferable.

2

Admit Buyers

Interested Buyers request access. You decide who enters the DealRoom.

3

Review Offers

Buyers submit structured Offers based on the opportunity they reviewed.

4

Select a path forward

If you select an Offer, involved Vendors still review and approve their part of the transfer.

Control

Visibility without public chaos.

The public listing opens the door. The real review happens in the DealRoom.

You control DealRoom access

Interested Buyers do not automatically receive the detailed deal context.

You decide which Offer to select

The platform structures the decision; it does not make the decision for you.

Vendors keep their authority

A selected Offer cannot override Vendor terms or approval.

One shared DealRoom

Stop rebuilding the story for every Buyer.

Keep relevant details, terms, documents and decisions in one place so serious Buyers and involved Vendors can review the same event context.

Shared event contextBuyer, Seller and Vendors work from the same reference point.
Less repetitionRelevant information can be reviewed without restarting from zero each time.
Clear next stepsAccess, Offer, Seller choice and Vendor approval remain distinct.

Questions

Seller FAQ

What am I offering?

You are making a real canceled-event opportunity visible: the prepaid value, reserved time and prepared services that may still be transferable under the applicable terms.

Who can enter my DealRoom?

Interested Buyers request access. You decide who is admitted to the DealRoom, where the relevant event details can be reviewed together.

What happens to my Vendors?

Vendors remain involved. A transfer does not override their agreements, terms or approval.

Who sets the Asking amount?

You set the Asking amount for the prepaid value you want a Buyer to acquire. Buyers can then submit Offers through the structured process.

Is this just a public resale listing?

No. Public discovery makes the opportunity visible. Detailed review and transfer decisions take place in the controlled DealRoom.

What if no transfer happens?

Nothing is forced. If no acceptable transfer is completed, your existing arrangements remain subject to their own terms.

Plans changed?

Start with the event value that actually exists today.
